Dear Customers,

Thank you for choosing us for your IT product needs over the years. Your support towards small business is invaluable. We wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

As the year approaches to a close, the industry continues to experience severe supply and demand imbalance.  The current memory prices reflect this as the prices in most Dram categories continue to decline.

We expect in the long term the demand for Dram to rise significantly. We base our view on the fact there are significant increases in data centers being built. Newer technologies of artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT devices and private clouds infrastructure will continue to push demand for Dram higher. Other use cases of vehicle automation, identification systems using machine learning algorithms, image recognition will require high memory capacity in servers.

The recent restrictions in China due to the Covid-19 outbreak has caused supply chain disruptions and production interruptions. In addition customer inventories are at an all time high. This we believe will be resolved going into 2023 as customers consume their inventories.

We recommend that customers fulfill their current IT upgrade requirements at their earliest. Dram prices can be extremely volatile and the price trend can reverse rapidly.

Notes:
*RDIMM, also known as Registered Dual In-Line Memory Module, adds a register, which buffers the address and command signals between Dynamic Random-Access Memory modules (DRAM) on the DIMM and memory controller. RDIMM is used to give better steadiness and scalability and ordinarily performs better compared to unregistered memory.

**LRDIMM represents a load-decreased double inline memory module, utilized in servers that upholds higher densities than RDIMMs and contains a memory support (MB) chip. LRDIMMs are valuable in memory-concentrated applications in data centers, cloud & distributed computing, and high-performance computing (HPC).
