Technical Review
Cisco Catalyst 3850 Switch features 24 RJ-45 ethernet ports with fast data transfer rates of around 1Gbps. It can support various features, including Virtual LAN (VLAN), Quality of Service (QoS), and Access Control Lists (ACL). These advanced features enable the network administrators to control and configure network traffic based on various criteria such as the source of protocols, destination IP address, and port number.
Its USB management capabilities make this switch easier to configure and set up by simply plugging in a USB device with the necessary configuration files; this feature helps simplify the deployments of new switches and saves time and hassle while configuring.
