Given the current economic environment, our customers are choosing to upgrade their servers. The need and demand for server equipment and server components continues to be strong. The demand is driven by cloud and mobile markets. Supply chain issues continue to plague the industry and there is a possibility that in Q3 and Q4 demand may outstrip supply.

The manner in which the devices are being used is also changing. Users are consuming large quantities of content in the form of streaming videos and immersive games. Content distribution and related services all require larger amount of server resources which translate into demand for servers and components especially memory, processors, storage and networking.

Currently market prices are depressed. Our recommendation to customers is to upgrade their core equipment to their full strength and ride the current economic situation with existing equipment. As the future unfolds requisition of new equipment can always be made if the economic demand and growth metrics turn green.

Notes:
*RDIMM, also known as Registered Dual In-Line Memory Module, adds a register, which buffers the address and command signals between Dynamic Random-Access Memory modules (DRAM) on the DIMM and memory controller. RDIMM is used to give better steadiness and scalability and ordinarily performs better compared to unregistered memory.

**LRDIMM represents a load-decreased double inline memory module, utilized in servers that upholds higher densities than RDIMMs and contains a memory support (MB) chip. LRDIMMs are valuable in memory-concentrated applications in data centers, cloud & distributed computing, and high-performance computing (HPC).
